Merlin’s Mission 2012 raised over £70,000 for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. As Merlin begins his retirement from his role as ambassador dog for the charity he can put his paws up knowing he really has changed the lives of deaf adults and children. This website tells his mission story and more importantly thanks his many supporters and all the wonderful people who helped him, not only achieve his mission, but reach for the sky.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People is a national charity and centre of excellence in training dogs to alert deaf adults and children to important sounds and danger signals in the home, work place and public buildings. Offering greater independence, confidence and companionship to deaf people.
